eSpark Consulting Group is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in user research, wireframing, and grey structure planning, with the ability to translate insights into intuitive and user-centered design solutions. 

• Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitor analysis 

• Develop user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to represent and communicate user needs 

• Design and iterate low-fidelity wireframes and grey structures in collaboration with UI designers and product teams 

• Translate research findings into actionable insights and design improvements 

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to align UX goals with product strategy 

• Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to contribute user-centric design perspectives 

• Assist with A/B testing, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations 

• Maintain UX documentation including research plans, test scripts, and usability reports 

• Support the evolution of design systems and usability guidelines 

• Stay current with UX trends, tools, and best practices to improve design quality and efficiency 

• Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field 

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a UX design or hybrid UX research/design role 

• Proficiency in wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq) 

• Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies 

• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 

• Preferred Qualifications: 

• Basic understanding of UI principles and interaction design 

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments 

• Familiarity with remote testing or analytics tools (e.g., Maze, Hotjar, Google Analytics) 

• Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles 

• A portfolio demonstrating your research and design process, including wireframes or grey structure
