Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Upwork Bidder with proven bidding experience for software-related services (web & mobile app development). The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer and be skilled in identifying and bidding on relevant projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid on web and mobile development projects via Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Identify client needs and pitch services appropriately.
- Coordinate with internal tech teams for accurate project scoping.
- Maintain client communication through proposals, messages, and calls.
- Meet weekly bidding and lead-generation targets.
Skills Required:
- Familiarity with software development life cycles
- Strong English communication (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms
- Understanding of project estimation and scoping
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or a field relevant related field
Experience: 1 year of experience in freelancing platforms, sales, in the software or technology industry.
