Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Representative with a strong background in Embedded System Design, Electronics and IoT Products. The ideal candidate will have the ability to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and sales, effectively promoting our embedded systems and electronic solutions to a diverse client base. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the embedded systems and electronics market  
  • Understand customer requirements in the fields of embedded systems, electronics, and IoT, and provide tailored solutions. 
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that customer requirements are met with the most suitable technical solutions. 
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of embedded system design and electronics to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to clients. 
  • Assist in the design and customization of embedded solutions to meet specific client needs 
  • Conduct sales meetings and calls with both domestic and international clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, handling negotiations and ensuring satisfaction. 
  •  Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. 
  • Provide technical support and consultation to clients during the pre-sales and post-sales processes. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients in the embedded systems and electronics industry. 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with market demands and company goals. 
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review. 
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and technical specifications. 
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. 

Requirements: 

  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems design, microcontrollers, IoT devices, and related technologies. 
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in embedded system design and electronics. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Familiarity with various microcontrollers, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and embedded software development. 
  • Experience in selling B2B solutions within the tech or electronics sector. 
  • Familiarity with cloud-based IoT platforms, sensors, and automation solutions. 
  • Understanding of the product lifecycle from prototyping to production in the context of embedded systems. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or related field 

Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in sales, particularly within the electronics and embedded systems industry. 

Timings: Mid Evening
