PCB Designer – Job description
eSpark Consulting Group is looking for an Experienced PCB Designer with expertise in high-power and high-speed routing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Altium Designer, multi-layer PCB designs, and a deep understanding of electronic components and their application in complex systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize multi-layer PCBs for various electronic applications, focusing on high-speed and high-power circuit designs.
- Utilize advanced routing techniques to maintain signal integrity and power distribution, ensuring high-performance PCBs for complex systems.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to develop accurate schematic diagrams and transform them into optimized PCB layouts.
- Ensure optimal routing and layer stacking for signal integrity, power delivery, and thermal management in multi-layer PCB designs.
- Implement Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT) to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective designs.
- Use simulation tools to validate the design’s functionality and performance, ensuring that high-speed and high-power requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in high-speed signal routing, power delivery network design, and managing high-power requirements for complex PCBs.
- Strong proficiency in Altium Designer (required), with experience using simulation tools for high-speed and high-power PCB design.
- In-depth knowledge of electronic components and their behavior in high-speed and high-power applications.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve design challenges independently or collaboratively.
Experience:
2-3 years of proven experience in the relevant field.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
