Operations Coordinator

Job Description – Operations Coordinator 

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the company. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence. 
  • Maintain and organize operational records, databases, and files. 
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required. 
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for various operational activities, including procurement and inventory management, 
  • Oversee the shipping and receiving processes for parcels to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory levels. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles. 
  •  Should be able to provide Technical Support Coordination. 
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the operations department and assist in the implementation of new procedures. 
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency. 
  • Handle escalations and coordinate with relevant departments to provide solutions. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all operational activities. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all operational processes and  

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Should have proficient experience with agile software 
  • Must have experience working in an IT company  
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) 
  • Knowledge of logistics and inventory control is a plus. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field. 
 

Experience: 2 years of proven experience as an operations coordinator in an IT Company.
