We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist who specializes in creating advanced automation solutions using platforms like Zapier, HubSpot, and various AI automation tools. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and optimizing workflows that enhance efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and streamline business operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement automation workflows using Zapier to integrate various applications and services. 

• Develop and optimize HubSpot automation processes, including CRM workflows, lead nurturing, and marketing automation. 

• Utilize AI-powered automation tools to enhance data processing, analytics, and decision-making processes. 

• Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and develop custom automation solutions. 

• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation setups to improve performance and reliability. 

• Stay up to date with the latest AI automation trends and emerging technologies to enhance business processes. 

• Provide documentation and training on implemented automation solutions to ensure smooth adoption. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in building automation solutions with Zapier, HubSpot, and other AI automation platforms. 

• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integrations. 

• Proficiency in AI-driven tools like OpenAI, Make (formerly Integromat), and other automation software. 

• Ability to analyze business workflows and identify automation opportunities. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus. 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
