We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Administrator to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain records, coordinate office activities, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and file management.
• Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative duties, such as handling employee records and processing invoices.
• Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
• Experience in office administration or secretarial roles.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and HR functions.
• Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience as an Administration Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role
