We are looking for a highly skilled Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist with expertise in LinkedIn and Email Marketing to drive targeted marketing campaigns, generate high-quality leads, and enhance engagement with key accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and the ability to execute personalized, multi-channel campaigns.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Develop and implement ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts.  

• Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers and influencers.  

• Craft and manage email marketing campaigns tailored to specific account personas.  

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align ABM strategies with business objectives.  

• Analyze campaign performance using key metrics (open rates, CTR, engagement, conversions).  

• Optimize and personalize content for LinkedIn and email marketing to improve engagement.  

• Use CRM and marketing automation tools to track lead nurturing and account engagement.  

• Conduct market research to identify potential accounts and expansion opportunities.  

Requirements:  

• Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and ABM strategies. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.  

• Strong copywriting skills for personalized outreach campaigns.  

• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.  

• Experience working in B2B marketing, SaaS, or technology-related industries is a plus.  

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.  

• Preferred Qualifications:  

• Experience in running LinkedIn ad campaigns for targeted accounts.  

• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.  

• Understanding of lead nurturing and sales funnel optimization 

Experience: Minimum 2 – 3 years of proven experience   
  
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
