eSpark Consulting Group is looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive who excels in client communication, understands technical requirements, and has hands-on experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance marketplaces. This role requires someone who is strong in sales, technically sound, and confident in managing client relationships from first contact to project onboarding.   

Job Responsibilities: 

• Identify, engage, and onboard potential clients for our technology and software services. 

• Understand client needs and translate them into clear technical requirements for the development team. 

• Identify and engage potential clients through direct outreach and online bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.). 

• Conduct product/service presentations and demos with strong technical clarity. 

• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships. 

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business documents based on client requirements. 

• Collaborate with internal teams (development, HR, project management) to ensure smooth project execution. 

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups. 

• Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to support strategic growth. 

• Manage CRM records, documentation, and pipeline updates. 

Requirements: 

• Strong understanding of software development concepts, digital solutions, and technical processes. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 

• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships. 

• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to explain technical details in simple terms. 

• Target-oriented with the ability to manage multiple bids and clients simultaneously. 

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling pressure. 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related fields. 

Experience: – A minimum of 1-2 years of experience
