We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Developer to support our client acquisition strategy through targeted outreach and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of B2B sales, experience using LinkedIn for lead generation. This role requires a balance of research, communication, and collaboration to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other outbound strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create personalized outreach sequences and proposals, tailored to each prospect’s industry, pain points, and business needs.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, clear communication, and accurate tracking of each stage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and develop well-structured pitches and client-specific presentations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s service offerings, delivery models, pricing strategies, and market position.
- Use CRM tools to track lead activity, update records, and generate insights for performance optimization.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and sales communication, preferably within a service-based or tech-driven business.
- Bachelor’s in business administration or relevant field.
- 1 year of experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and basic proposal writing.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate technical or service-based solutions in a clear and client-friendly manner.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent in follow-ups and record keeping.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
- A learning mindset and willingness to align with internal processes and business goals.
