Business Developer

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Developer to support our client acquisition strategy through targeted outreach and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of B2B sales, experience using LinkedIn for lead generation. This role requires a balance of research, communication, and collaboration to convert prospects into long-term clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other outbound strategies aligned with company goals. 
  • Create personalized outreach sequences and proposals, tailored to each prospect’s industry, pain points, and business needs. 
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, clear communication, and accurate tracking of each stage. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and develop well-structured pitches and client-specific presentations. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s service offerings, delivery models, pricing strategies, and market position. 
  • Use CRM tools to track lead activity, update records, and generate insights for performance optimization. 

Key Requirements: 

  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and sales communication, preferably within a service-based or tech-driven business. 
  • Bachelor’s in business administration or relevant field.  
  • 1 year of experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and basic proposal writing. 
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate technical or service-based solutions in a clear and client-friendly manner. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent in follow-ups and record keeping. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus. 
  • A learning mindset and willingness to align with internal processes and business goals. 

Nice to Have: 

  • Exposure to or interest in industries like embedded systems, software development, or IT services 
  • Understanding of consultative selling and value-based proposal structuring 
  • Previous experience working in an agency, consultancy, or freelance environment
