Job Description – Operations Coordinator
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the company. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and organize operational records, databases, and files.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for various operational activities, including procurement and inventory management,
- Oversee the shipping and receiving processes for parcels to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory levels.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
- Should be able to provide Technical Support Coordination.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the operations department and assist in the implementation of new procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
- Handle escalations and coordinate with relevant departments to provide solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all operational activities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Should have proficient experience with agile software
- Must have experience working in an IT company
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of logistics and inventory control is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 years of proven experience as an operations coordinator in an IT Company.
