HR Intern – Job Description 

eSpark Consulting Group is looking to employ an HR Intern with outstanding administrative and communication skills. An HR intern is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.  



  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and screening resumes.  
  • Help with onboarding new employees, including paperwork and orientation.  
  • Maintain employee records (e.g., attendance, performance evaluations, etc.)  
  • Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks.  
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.  
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.  
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 


  • Fresh Graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • A passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.  

Location: Blossom Trade Center Gulistan e Jauhar Block 1  

Duration: 8 weeks might lead to permanent employment
